Proprietary Strategic Growth System
Virginia Ginsburg has developed a proprietary Strategic Growth System that includes the three most important aspects of a successful Business Coaching relationship: Accountability; Advice; and Action.

Accountability
We schedule executive meetings with you each month, ensuring that you stay on top of your long-term commitments despite the day-to-day distractions of running a business.

Advice
You get senior-level strategic and tactical advice from an experienced business coach who can guide you in making decisions, help you set short- and long-term goals, and monitor your business progress. Each meeting is followed by a progress report that tracks your goals and provides you with a to-do list.

Action
You get a minimum of one-hour hands-on tactical work from your coach, which may include any one of many options depending on your needs. For example, you might want help writing a sales letter, feedback on a few employee applications, or support planning a company event. You and Virginia will decide each month how best to use this time to support your strategic objectives.

Structure

Just $500 per month gives you two coaching sessions with Virginia Ginsburg, progress reports and to-do lists, and up to one hour of hands-on action. Of course, if you need more help, we can schedule additional coaching sessions and also offer extensive consulting and marketing services on either an hourly or project basis.
